New PBOC Time Trials at Daytona
PBOC has added Time Trials to the event lineup for Daytona. A Time Trials is a new Car Class running with the Super Solo group and will run under Super Solo rules. You will need a working AMB transponder to be timed for the event. A split start will give the Time Trial entrants an opportunity to get two or more clear laps before encountering the Super Solo cars. These will be 30 minute sessions and there are 4 sessions per day, track conditions permitting. Enter in the Super Solo group and then inform the registrar via email of your intent to run Time Trials and also give her your AMB transponder number. Results will be available from Timing and scoring and will also be available real time on Race Monitor on your cell phone. It will also be available on your lap top. (see timing and scoring for more info). Contact Pete Magnuson for questions at loosmoos1@cfl.rr.com
