Legendary Bob Varela, 1992

Since the late seventies, legendary businessman and high performance racer/technician Bob Varela has been bringing racing excitement and professional German automobile services to south Florida. Bob has raced with some of the biggest names in the industry to include Preston Henn, the Whittington Brothers, Bob Wollek, Michael Andretti, and AJ Foyt.

Bob has also helped to foster a deep love for German auto racing in his children, Jared, Jacob, and Bobby. Currently, Jared and Bobby are the service managers at Foreign Affairs Motorsport and are instrumental in keeping the wheels at FAM greased and running with precision. Jacob currently works as FAM’s marketing director and works closely with Bobby and Jared in helping to ensure that the business will continue on for the next 37 years. Jared, Jacob, and Bobby are extremely knowledgeable and always have the right answer for every question.
